Driving Directions
From Downtown LA (I-605 South): Take I-605 South to the Whittier Boulevard exit. Turn left onto Whittier Blvd, right onto Greenleaf Avenue. TMC Rehab is on the right.
From Long Beach (I-605 North): Take I-605 North to the Whittier Boulevard exit. Turn right onto Whittier Blvd, then right onto Greenleaf Avenue.
From Orange County (CA-72 / Whittier Blvd): Continue west on Whittier Boulevard into Uptown Whittier, then right onto Greenleaf Avenue.
Metrolink: Norwalk/Santa Fe Springs Metrolink station is approximately 12 minutes by rideshare. Call ahead and our team can coordinate transportation.
